Siân joined the agency in June 2020 and made an immediate impact across the business, doubling the agency’s pitch win rate and helping to diversify the client base, while mentoring the growing team.
“CHC is a great agency with a talented team and fantastic clients, and I’m delighted to have helped them achieve growth in such a challenging year,” commented Hurst. “Over the next few months, we’ll be refreshing our brand identity and helping our clients consolidate learnings from the pandemic to re-shape their communications solutions for the longer term.”
Jeremy Clark, founder and owner of the agency, will now become Chairman and Candice Debleu has been promoted to Director.
“After an amazing ten years leading CHC as its Managing Director, I am now very much looking forward to supporting our further success and development in my new role as Chairman,” commented Clark. “Siân, Candice and the team are doing an amazing job taking care of our clients and managing the business on a day-to-day basis. This means I can now take a broader and longer-term view of the changing world of healthcare communications and use my experience from the last 25 years to help CHC and our clients plan and adapt for the future.”
Siân has over 20 years’ experience working in healthcare communications and is an experienced and respected leader who has led multiple award-winning campaigns. Prior to joining CHC, she worked at Aurora for 12 years (three as Managing Director) and at Huntsworth Health for over six years.
Candice joined CHC in 2018 as a Senior Account Director and leads the agency’s largest accounts. She has played an instrumental role in CHC’s success over the last few years, including new business wins, organic growth, and team development. Prior to CHC, she worked at Ruder Finn, Aurora, and Cohn & Wolfe.
