Jez, the founder and Chairman of Clark Health Communications, has worked in specialist healthcare communications agencies for over 25 years, leading award winning teams for a wide variety of clients and across a broad spectrum of projects. He is passionate about the role of communication in health and medicine. He enjoys music, growing vegetables and avoiding DIY.
Siân is an energising leader with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare communications. She works with clients to provide strategic guidance and creative thinking that stretches their ambitions and delivers results. She sparks ideas and enthusiasm in her team that makes working hard together rewarding and fun. Siân loves facilitating events and pitching, and is well known for her ability to conjure up a killer insight and campaign strategy. Outside of work, she can be found walking her border collie Maggie.
Candice has over twelve years’ experience in healthcare communications, delivering strategic brand communications and internal change management programmes for pharmaceutical companies. Candice thrives on building lasting partnerships with colleagues and clients, whilst injecting a bit of fun and enthusiasm along the way. Born and raised in Canada, she can often be found travelling the world or adventuring in the Surrey Hills with her husband and dog.
Senior Account Director
For over five years, Kirsty has been working with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to deliver communications with impact. She has supported across a range of programmes, from media relations, digital and social content, patient advocacy, to internal communications. On the weekends, Kirsty can be found on a golf course, hockey pitch or up a climbing wall.

Jessica has over eight years’ experience in healthcare communications, in both specialist agencies and in-house roles. She is passionate about developing strong collaborative working relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues, to create positive change for patients. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys travelling, skiing and plenty of long walks.
Emily has six years of experience in healthcare comms across multiple disease areas, including multiple sclerosis, rare paediatric diseases, diabetes, HIV and epilepsy. Emily is all about people, and committed to putting people first - whether that's her team or patients. Emily is an enthusiastic and creative change driver and is motivated by making a difference in patients' lives, raising others up, and being her team's ultimate cheerleader. Outside of work, you can find Emily running, singing or frequenting one of London's many excellent food and drink establishments.
Senior Account Manager
Since Roland joined CHC over 4 years ago, he’s gained a wealth of experience across a broad range of different types of healthcare communications programmes, including patient advocacy, medical education, internal communications and disease awareness. Roland loves collaborating with clients to reach their business objectives and, most importantly, make a positive impact for patients. In his free time, he keeps busy by playing or watching any sport he can find.
Senior Account Manager
Since joining CHC nearly four years ago, Will has delivered a plethora of healthcare communication activities, ranging from strategic internal change management programmes to facilitating medical education meetings. Will strives to make clients feel more like partners and relishes the opportunity to develop lasting relationships that are built on trust, collaboration, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Outside of work, Will’s passions include speciality coffee, going to music gigs and playing sport.
Polly works on a variety of accounts, delivering internal and external communication campaigns for pharmaceutical companies. Polly is motivated by creating positive change in healthcare through helping clients to prioritise the patient in all projects. Outside of work, Polly is a keen musical theatre fan, and spends most of her time rehearsing with her amateur dramatics society.
Junior Account Executive
Zoe joined the CHC team after graduating from the University of Essex with a First Class Degree in Biological Sciences. Zoe is passionate about making science accessible to everyone and is motivated by projects that help make real change in healthcare for real people. Outside of work, you can find Zoe looking after her many pets (x1 dog/x3cats/x4 guinea pigs) and counting down the days until Christmas.
Head of Finance
Nadine is a chartered accountant with over eight years’ financial experience. Relatively new to the world of healthcare communications, her background is in retail and eCommerce. When she is not dreaming up her next excel spreadsheet, Nadine can be found knitting or practising Dutch which she speaks with an enthusiasm that is not currently matched by her level of fluency.
